Bespoke Educational Opportunities

OxCERPC is delighted to offer bespoke courses to meet the educational needs of specific groups. Our team of facilitators has a wide range of skills and experience and we have developed considerable expertise in putting together different types of education in different settings, all of which are stimulating, effective and engaging and very well received, as demonstrated by outstanding feedback.

A study day for reablement staff working in the community

Community reablement staff sometimes encounter people approaching the end of life, which is an unexpected part of their role and something for which they were not initially trained. We negotiated the content and costings with senior staff in the team, and developed a day to meet their specific needs. We have plans to deliver to the whole approximately 200-strong team, so will deliver the day 10 times!

Communication skills training - from foundation level for care home staff to advanced level for senior oncology staff

We have also delivered half day sessions to domiciliary carers, ethics courses for ambulance staff…..we are happy to consider any request!
