Other Course Information

Hello,

The team in Oxford are looking forward to the welcoming you to the 2019 Oxford Advanced Courses. The venues are booked, the programmes are completed and the speakers biographies and course timetables will be available to you in the coming 2 weeks.

Each year, with the colleagues around the country I build the programme layer by layer. I select a list of topics that are important and current keeping an eye to areas of palliative care that we have not covered for many years. Each year’s programme is unique aiming to provide the most up to date knowledge and evidence about every topic. For 2019, the speakers have been briefed about your needs and the educational ethos of the course i.e. time to reflect and ask questions.

Now, I am building the resources you will take from your two days of learning and with which you can continue learning for the coming year. In 2019 I will put together a short video of the learning points that will support you in bringing your learning back to your patients and your colleagues.

Please come back to the website – I will add add resources every two weeks

Best wishes,

Mary Miller (Chair course)
