Pharmaceutical Principles at the End of Life

Due to an aging population living with co-morbidities, pharmacists and other prescribers require confidence in their abilities to offer end of life care which is of a high standard. Whatever the setting or practice, the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients who are approaching the end of their life, and their families and carers, will be needed


This session will be of interest to registered pharmacists working in all areas, plus non-medical prescribers and allied health professionals
